Before joining the museum as a volunteer, Sue worked in banking, insurance, and for a large DIY company. From a military family, Sue has been married to Derek for 56 years and has two children. Sue moved with Derek to Devon 11 years ago, though she has known Okehampton where the collections are stored for over 40 years. Sue enjoys the variety of work that the collections offer, and is proud to contribute to the conservation and protection of policing heritage.
