Sandy Goscomb is the Director of Finance and Resources for Devon & Cornwall Police.
Sandy is qualified as an accountant and as a chartered secretary. She sits as a member of the Force Executive Team and advises the Chief Constable on the proper administration of the Force’s finance. She also has responsibility for the delivery of IT, Fleet, Administration and Procurement within the Force.
Sandy is delighted to represent the Force as a Trustee, to help promote and protect policing heritage.
