June 13th 2025 sees the Museum team and Devon & Cornwall Police unite once again to mark the achievements of outstanding police officers and staff working across the two counties, and the Isles of Scilly.
At a time when police services throughout the UK get a tough time in the media, the 2025 ‘Excellence in Policing Awards’ show the public that plenty of hard work, commitment, bravery and selflessness is shown throughout the force area every day, but goes unsung.
The event is a joyful and well-deserved celebration of the everyday heroines and heroes affecting real change in our communities.
