The Museum of Policing in Devon & Cornwall and Devon and Cornwall Police are very much looking forward to welcoming award winners and their guests to the 2026 Annual Recognition of Excellence in Policing Awards event.
Below are the details guests need to know:
Date: Friday 12th June 2026.
Venue: Sandy Park Conference Centre: Getting to Sandy Park | Exeter, Devon
Parking: The Museum has arranged free parking for all attending this event who have booked their car parking in advance.
*IMPORTANT*. Please book your car registration directly with Mrs. Andrea Tester: andrea.tester@dcpolicingmuseum.co.uk
Timing: The event will run from 12.00 – 16.00 sharp.
Reception: Doors will open at 11.30. Please do not arrive before this time as the venue are hosting other events on the same day.
Dress Code: Tunic and Medals (Police Officers) or business suits (police staff, sponsors and all attendees).
Name badges and a souvenir brochure will be provided on the day.
Photography will be taking place at the venue. Some scenes will be general ‘crowd’ photos to illustrate the event. If you don’t wish to be in the photos please inform the photographer on site at the time.
A three-course seated luncheon with (non-alcoholic) refreshments will be provided, in accordance with dietary requirements supplied in advance. Dietary requirements and/or amendments MUST be advised to the organisers by Friday 5th June 2026 at the latest.
